Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Walk-On's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, and that any issues or complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Education: Culinary school background or equivalent experience.
