Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to production associates, including classroom and on-the-job training.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet or exceed regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Learning and Development: Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement training plans, ensuring associates have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to production associates to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent presentation and communication skills, self-directed, and able to work well with others.
  • Experience: Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
