We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Tandem Care. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences and efficient communication of caregiving services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide clear and prompt communication to clients regarding schedule changes, caregiver training visits, and general inquiries.

- High school diploma or GED required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of relevant office experience, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and telephony systems.
