The architect will collaborate closely with diverse business units to ensure that systems align with business objectives and are integrated effectively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive order management and distribution solutions utilizing SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and/or Sterling OMS systems, ensuring optimal data flow and operational efficiency.
- Engage with business stakeholders to collect and document system requirements.
- Perform thorough evaluations of current systems and processes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to guarantee that solutions are constructed according to specifications and adhere to quality benchmarks.
- Remain informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to perpetually refine system architecture.
- Act as a conduit between IT, Supply Chain, and other business sectors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and risks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in system architecture, specifically focusing on order management and distribution frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and/or Sterling OMS systems.
- Profound understanding of supply chain processes and industry best practices.
- Relevant certifications in SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and/or Sterling OMS systems are advantageous.
