We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch Home Health Services in San Diego County.
The Hospice Nurse is responsible for addressing the needs of our patients, their families, and caregivers. This role requires the use of critical thinking skills to assess the needs of patients and caregivers, providing guidance, reassurance, and direct care to home-bound patients. The nurse must effectively communicate with patients and their significant others, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while adhering to professional nursing standards and clinical competency.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Vocational Nurse license in California.
- Preferred experience in Home Health.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- At least one year of recent professional nursing experience.
- Valid California Driver's License.
