Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Northwest x Southern Hospitality. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and soliciting past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer service experience; strong guest-focused mentality
- 1+ years experience in hotel, hotel sales, sales, or customer service preferred
