Required Experience (Must Have)

Quality Assurance Expertise (Minimum 5 years of QA experience)
o
2+ years of direct experience in a Quality Engineering position, focusing on AI/ML models.

o Proven ability to establish and validate quality checkpoints for our multi-tiered solutions utilizing contemporary tools and methodologies aimed at achieving technical excellence.

o Comprehensive and demonstrable knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

o
Develop and communicate QA Plans that outline necessary testing efforts for any project, particularly those related to AI/ML models.


o Strong analytical skills to define testing scenarios and identify root causes of issues in a complex environment.
o Experience in designing and implementing quality strategies and creating testing automation frameworks.

AI/ML Proficiency
o Familiarity with monitoring techniques (data, model, pipeline, infrastructure monitoring)
o Proficient in creating and deploying automated solutions to ensure comprehensive quality. Advocates for reusable solutions that can scale effectively.
o
Experience with tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, CloudTrail, CloudWatch or similar.
o
Background in Big Data.
o Capability to provide cross-functional support to the AI team.

Technical Proficiency (Minimum 5 years experience)
o
Strong database skills in SQL or No-SQL.
o
Proficient in coding with Python, PySpark, C# and other scripting languages.
o Design and develop modular, reusable, and reliable test automation solutions.
o Experience with version control systems, pull requests, branching, and supporting testing of multiple releases concurrently.
o Understands CI/CD pipelines and can enhance them for testing requirements.

  • Must be a strong, collaborative leader
o Minimum 2 years' experience leading other QA engineers and/or technical resources. o Provide constructive feedback to enhance quality and communicate effectively.
o Manage multiple competing priorities while mitigating risks to the business.
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
o Must be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Any Quality Assurance certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ASQ)
  • Experience in testing within modern technology stacks, including Kubernetes, AWS, Data Lakes, SQL & No-SQL Databases, microservices, APIs, etc.
  • Familiarity with Git, TFS/Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy
  • Strong documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive high test automation coverage and achieve test automation objectives
  • Support offshore QA engineers by leading and mentoring them, conducting code reviews, and resolving issues
  • Understand client solutions and have mastery of the product from a user's perspective
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, developers, architects, and stakeholders to uphold quality standards based on specified functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define the overall testing strategy and plan for any initiative, ensuring its thoroughness throughout the initiative's duration
  • Provide governance over automated tests and the associated code
  • Analyze test outcomes and escalate issues as necessary
  • Review code and assess quality risks
  • Identify problems and proactively seek ways to enhance our products
