About the Role

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a licensed clinician to join our team as a Youth Justice Therapist. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy weekly in accordance with DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
  • Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed.
  • Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance Abuse, and Risk Reduction.
Requirements
  • MA or better in MH Counseling or Social Work.
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure preferred.
  • Expert clinical skills, including limit setting and ability to write clearly.
  • Ability to make an impact and contribute to the success of the organization.
