Family Resource Specialist

At Sevita, we provide Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system.
Our Family Resource Worker will be responsible for the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers, providing information to the matching team on homes with availability for placement, maintaining and auditing files regularly for compliance, working with the management team to develop and implement a Mentor retention plan, coordinating ongoing Mentor appreciation activities and developing continuing education sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services required
- Two years of related human services experience preferred
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
