Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician

Rising Eagle Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in responding to emergency water damage situations, mitigating damage, and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technicians in responding to emergency water damage situations
- Mitigate damage and restore properties to their pre-loss condition
- Develop and implement drying plans to minimize damage and ensure efficient restoration
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all restoration activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration
- ANSI/IICRC certifications in water damage restoration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
