Office Manager

Rainbow International of Northern Virginia, a growing residential and commercial Water, Fire, Mold restoration company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional office environment and appearance
  • Supervise staff and Marketing Department
  • Manage payroll, job costing, and TSheets
  • Conduct interviews and background checks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous manner
  • Prepare and send scripts for on-call managers
  • Track and schedule vehicle maintenance
  • Order office supplies
  • Verify compliance with company programs
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with Account Receivables to collect payments and contact the collection agency
  • Provide backup support for scheduling as needed
