Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Rising Eagle Construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction and restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, restoration, and customer service.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or restoration.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong understanding of construction and restoration processes, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
