We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brightview Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance repairs, responding to resident requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of fixtures and equipment.
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of community facilities and grounds to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Assist with the preparation of apartment homes for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs.
