About the Role

The Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, overseeing day-to-day operations to enable the medical team to focus on delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage hospital operations and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Supervise and develop associates, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train associates on Banfield guidelines, practices, and services, including Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
  • Manage budgets, plan for the hospital, and coordinate daily operations.
  • Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and ensure continuing education needs are met.
