About the Role:

This position is responsible for ensuring that schools and other sites within the Dallas Independent School District are fully staffed with qualified educational instructors, administrators, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field and have 3 to 5 years of experience in direct human resources or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date campus employee assignment rosters and vacancy lists to ensure valid budgeted positions exist for selected candidates
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and current employees
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to improve hiring best practices and metrics
  • Analyze reports to prepare informed recommendations for stakeholders
  • Foster a performance-oriented culture by providing guidance on performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Maintain data integrity across Oracle, postings, and Google docs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct human resources or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of existing and proposed district policies to ensure compliance

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
