We are excited to launch a new position, District Human Resources Manager, supporting our district field teams and collaborating with leadership to execute human capital strategy.

About the Role

This role will be an important member of the District Leadership team, supporting a district comprised of X number locations across a geography including major cities. As HR District Manager, you will collaborate with the District Leadership team to foster a culture of engagement where associates feel supported to do their best work and enjoy a sense of pride and commitment.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administering and facilitating the District's New Associate Experience onboarding program.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the onboarding Ambassadors throughout the district.
  • SUPPORTING and training managers to ensure new associates receive appropriate support during their onboarding experience.
  • Identifying trends and areas for improvement with information gained from the onboarding program, exit interviews, associate feedback, etc.
  • Proposing solutions to address local retention challenges in collaboration with your Area Human Resources Manager and District Manager.

You will also guide district team development through coaching leaders in people management, process, and functional associate development, monitor development plans, prepare documents and reports for district-level succession planning, and facilitate just-in-time training and coaching of leaders.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with all departments to identify and propose staffing levels based on growth trends and workforce planning tools, provide staffing support to leadership by collaborating on recruiting efforts, create a connection between field recruiters and the District Manager to plan a recruiting strategy, and advise associates and management on interpretation of human resources policies.

About You

We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or relevant field operations experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, SHRM or HRCI Certification(s) preferred, and some knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance issues.
