Key Responsibilities:
- Claim Acquisition: Establish relationships with employers and adjusters to obtain claim numbers, facilitating efficient claim processing.
- Referrals: Identify and schedule appointments with qualified providers within our medical network, ensuring timely access to care.
- Communication: Handle numerous requests from adjusters for work status and medical reports, providing accurate and timely information.
- Paperwork Management: Complete and submit EDD/FMLA forms within 7-10 business days, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support Services: Respond to inquiries about treatment plans to assist Center Administrators and the State Director as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the collection and distribution of bills, checks, and other correspondence, including authorizations and medical record requests.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our injury management services.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Social Perceptiveness: Socially perceptive and service-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
