About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Northeast Foods, LLC. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
    • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
    • Ensure that all restaurant systems and processes are running efficiently and effectively
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance
    • Monitor sales and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase revenue and reduce costs
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and achieve business objectives
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including health and safety, food safety, and employment law
    • Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
    • Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
