Job Type: Full-time Location: Tewksbury, MA and surrounding areas
Competitive Compensation: Shovelers: $25-$27, Plowing: $30-$35, Equipment Operators
McLeod Landscaping Inc. has been a leader in landscape design and commercial snow management for over 30 years, catering to commercial, municipal, and residential clients across the Merrimack Valley.
We are looking for responsible candidates for the following roles:
Equipment Operators: Tasked with the safe operation of snow plows, front-end loaders, and Bobcats.
Snow Removal Crew: Responsible for the removal of snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating plow trucks and skid loaders.
- Availability for on-call shifts throughout the winter season.
- Must be ready to work during snow forecasts and for cleanup after storms.
- Ability to work extended hours during snow events.
- Reliable transportation during winter conditions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in severe weather for prolonged periods.
