Position Overview

Salary: $23-$25/Hour

The NEEDS Center is expanding its services in the Merrimack Valley and is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for our Day Program in Tewksbury, MA. This role offers a competitive hourly wage along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

The Program Coordinator will oversee the daily functions of the assigned program site(s), ensuring the effective design and execution of educational and clinical initiatives tailored to our clients. Responsibilities include the development of Individual Service Plans (ISP), staff supervision, and the management of operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a professional role model for staff in client programming and service delivery.
  • Supervise the Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist team.
  • Work within an adult day program environment, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a day program setting.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • MAP certification is necessary.
