Position Overview

Leap is an innovative and rapidly expanding fine jewelry enterprise, recognized for its commitment to bespoke bridal and luxury jewelry. We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Luxury Retail Operations Leader to oversee our boutique team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand experience and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of exceptional brand experience for clients and staff, ensuring that every interaction embodies luxury and sophistication.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge training to sales associates, empowering them to engage confidently with clients and highlight the unique aspects of our jewelry collections.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing luxury sales team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Instill a passion for fine jewelry among team members, emphasizing craftsmanship, design, and storytelling.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets while preserving brand integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive sales through personalized communication and relationship-building efforts.
  • Manage and resolve challenging situations with professionalism, prioritizing employee safety and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee back-office operations, including inventory management, repairs, and visual merchandising, to maintain an organized boutique environment.
  • Set high standards for performance and customer service by leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to align on brand strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to established data capture standards during client interactions.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in luxury retail or a related field; GIA certification is a plus.
  • Proven success in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong passion for fine jewelry and a keen eye for design.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong back-office skills, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
