The Opportunity:
We are excited to announce an opening for a new Regional Retail Leader within our expanding retail network. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will oversee the in-store experience and overall business performance across multiple locations, ensuring that each store operates at peak efficiency and aligns with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: You will be accountable for the profitability and financial health of all stores in your region, driving revenue and surpassing financial targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement strategic plans that enhance store performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational standards are met across all locations, providing support to Store Managers and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Mejuri's culture and values both internally and within the community.
What You Bring:
