Job Summary:

As a Material Handler II at Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and accurately pick orders and perform cycle counting using powered industrial equipment. You will also be responsible for checking and boxing of picked product, as well as maintaining stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations.

Key Responsibilities:

Package inbound material using package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping.
Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
Maintain stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations.
Pick orders using safe operation of powered industrial equipment, label printers, radio frequency scanners, and keyboard data entry.
Perform cart put away using powered industrial equipment.
Restock and pick using powered industrial equipment, assist with inventory counting.

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED equivalent.
One (1) year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
