Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services.

As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and performing data entry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents and reports, and for maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
