Medical Office Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at 238 Aurora Quick Care LLC.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical and administrative support to Advanced Practice Clinicians in a fast-paced retail clinic environment.
- Complete patient registration, process insurance and copays, and schedule patient appointments in the electronic medical record.
- Facilitate waiting room management and patient rooming processes.
- Conduct vitals and point of care testing on patients.
- Monitor supply inventory and order clinical and office supplies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, APCs, and clinic leadership to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification within 21 days of start date.
- Typically requires one year of experience in a clinical and/or customer service or patient registration setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients, teammates, and clinicians.

- Must be available to work rotating weekends.
