About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Hermès. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence of image in Point Of Sale and in Magasin Hermes in Travel Retail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Excellence of Image: Ensure excellence of execution of the permanent image of Hermès for all types of distribution in Travel Retail (Hermès stores, personalised space, generic stores) following the strategy defined by the Area Manager.
  • Visual Merchandising: Anticipate and implement the Visual Merchandising guidelines following the marketing plan, including: order and set up of visuals, POSM, planogram and definition of the stock needs per each store.
  • Store Operations: Prepare and implement the store opening or refits, and ensure excellence of execution of the animation in POS, outside or at counter, following the trade plan recommendation done by the trade marketing manager.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate Beauty Consultants, define the skills of the BCs needed in function of the business strategy, recruit BC according to the Hermès expectations, and train, integrate, empower the BC and create a strong team spirit with the other BCs and with the store management.
  • Business Development: Identify needs, set up local trainings with store managers, and train the different sales population according to the marketing innovation calendar.
  • Travel Retail Operations: Verify the customer orders in coordination with Area Manager, make sure all the requested POSM is ordered, coordinate with logistic team in France and customer, and make twice a year the POSM forecasts.
Requirements
  • Experience: You have a first experience in commerce/retail.
  • Soft Skills: You have a passion for fragrances and for the Hermès Universe, you are people & service oriented, friendly, patient, dedicated, adaptable, pro-active and ability to initiate & propose.
  • Communication Skills: You speak and write fluently English and French, you are an active listener and easy contact.
  • Team Spirit: You are willing to share and cooperate with the rest of the team.
  • Business Sense: You are sales and business oriented, receptive to figures and objectives, customer oriented, and have strong organisational skills and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
