Position Overview:

As a Client Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls from clients for appointment scheduling.

Managing multiple tasks efficiently and calmly.

Maintaining accurate documentation of client and pet records, including referral information and medical histories.


Providing clients with necessary instructions, information, and invoices, as well as dispensing prescription items as directed by the veterinarian and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Utilizing our hospital's computer systems to document medical records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.


Overseeing the financial aspects of the hospital by ensuring accurate transaction records, adhering to cash and credit card handling protocols, and following proper opening and closing procedures.

Exhibiting excellent customer service skills and maintaining a high level of professional communication.

Promoting pet health through client education on preventive care, treatment options, and available hospital services.

Maintaining a positive demeanor in all interactions with clients, pets, and colleagues.

Demonstrating empathy towards clients and treating pets with kindness and respect.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Proficient in using standard office equipment.

Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Experience with veterinary software is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and follow directions on assigned tasks.

Strong organizational skills.


Critical thinking skills to assess various solutions and approaches to challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
