Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

At Myresourcecenter, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all agency digital marketing and communications, playing a critical mission-critical role in building a strong voice for our organization in the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage agency email platform, including building templates, maintaining and hygiene of lists, and spam filtering
  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and engagement
  • Perform website maintenance and updates, including page builds, content updates, and link redirects
  • Manage Google Grants and maintain relationships with Google Account Representatives
  • Respond to Google reviews and update the marketing department with improvements to be made in response to reviews
  • Create and manage Social Media strategies to grow engagement and followers based on analytics and data
  • Manage Google Analytics, tracking, and reporting
  • Develop and implement UTM and QR code tracking for digital products
  • Track proof of performance (POP) for social, email, and other digital products
  • Manage marketing lead in agency CRM platform
  • Manage SMS and marketing liaison with the Information Technology department
  • Work alongside Marketing and IT staff to optimize project management tools
  • Research and suggest competitive digital products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, distribution, pricing, and advertising and promotional opportunities
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and relevant staff to move digital requests forward
  • Help maintain departmental digital budget
  • Update job knowledge by participating in professional development opportunities
  • Achieve organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different digital requests
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • CRM experience (Bonterra a plus)
  • CMS platform experience (Wordpress is a plus)
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Experience with all social media channels and strategies
  • Experience with MailChimp or other email services
  • Ability to understand and dissect analytics related to email and social media
  • Adherence to brand standards, including agency voice
  • Creative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
  • Experience with Trello, Monday, Asana, and/or other project management tools
