Job Summary

EMCOR Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading mechanical construction projects safely, on time, and within budget for various markets including Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, Industrial, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead mechanical construction projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage project financial outcomes, projections, and reporting
- Coordinate project activities, including material and equipment procurement, change order management, and owner/client relations
- Ensure compliance with company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs

Requirements

- 5-7 years construction work-related experience and/or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematical functions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage time and details
