Job Summary:

The Director of Operations and Strategic Growth will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the effective management of administrative and clinical operations. This position will focus on key areas of the business, including team management, regulatory compliance, service excellence, finance, business development, marketing, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with program leaders to provide strategic guidance and support in managing administrative and clinical operations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
  • Oversee the management of teams, including residential, clinical, facilities, nursing, and culinary staff.
  • Collaborate with admissions, clinical outreach, utilization review, and alumni operations teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Two years or more of relevant clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families, with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disordered populations.
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within an RTC, acute psychiatric hospital, or large psychiatric unit of an acute care hospital.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
  • Working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing frameworks.
