Key Responsibilities

The NBCI Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering phones promptly and professionally, maintaining a helpful demeanor with internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Fingerprinting and/or drug testing all walk-in customers
  • Scheduling appointments and taking payments over the phone
  • Providing general assistance to all phone callers

This role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying up-to-date on filing of forms/paperwork/phone calls, and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly work processes and reporting are done accurately and timely.
