Fertility Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Fertility Care Physician to join our team at the New England Fertility Institute LLC.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated and empathetic physician with expertise in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert medical care to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment, offering both diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage reproductive and infertility issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest fertility treatments and technologies.
- Perform ART procedures, including ovulation induction, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to maximize success rates.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
The ideal candidate will have a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school, Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), and significant experience in reproductive medicine. A strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $**250,000 - $300,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
