Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, features, and technologies to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines to achieve sales targets.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
