Job Summary
Volt is seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Training Programs
- Design and develop training materials, including curriculum, instructional design, and assessment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet client needs.
- Manage Training Projects
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis
- Assess client needs and develop training programs to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure training programs meet their expectations.
- Measure Training Effectiveness
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to clients on training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training development and implementation.
- Skills
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
