About the Role

The Curriculum Developer II will play a key role in developing engaging training content to enhance the skills of John Deere dealers and improve their performance. This position requires a strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective training methods and media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and content creation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to develop and review training content
  • Development and publication of training materials, including video, audio, and still photography
  • Working with external vendors to complete projects
  • Analysis of training reports and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Management of storage locations for files, videos, and content
  • Presentation of project details and timelines to stakeholders
  • Training content delivery, including instruction to dealers and Deere employees
  • Effective communication with manager and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of content and classes
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvement and communication of recommendations
  • Up to 15% travel for photo and video opportunities

Required Skills

  • Agriculture, automotive, marketing, or training development background
  • Experience with Articulate/video creation/creative projects and editing
  • Strong organizational skills, including meeting management and deadline adherence
