**Job Summary**
The Lead Cleaner coordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, and medical establishments. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
* Oversee floor and carpet care employees
* Issue supplies and equipment
* Perform duties of workers supervised
* Appraise employee performance
* Address customer complaints and resolve problems
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Medical cleaning experience preferred
* Bilingual preferred but required
* Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability
* Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
* Pass a background check and drug screen per a contractual obligation
