Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Program Coordinator to join our team at MINACT. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programming and student enrollment with college partnerships, developing linkages and partnerships with community organizations, and ensuring all program and student documentation is maintained and in compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programming and student enrollment with college partnerships
  • Develop and maintain linkages and partnerships with community organizations, businesses, schools, colleges, and volunteers
  • Coordinate with the Career Technical Training Manager on student enrollment into the program
  • Coordinate travel arrangements of students enrolled in the OTP Program
  • Monitor students' progress in the OTP program and identify problems and provide support and corrective action leading to problem solving
  • Perform instruction and tutoring in the classroom related to the certified nursing program, including certifications
  • Ensure all required materials for the program are stocked and place orders to re-stock when necessary
  • Coordinate all work-based learning for students in the OTP program, and develop new partnerships with organizations for new work-based learning sites
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health care administration, public health, or a related discipline
  • Or an associate degree and four years of experience in a relevant field such as health care administration, public health or a related discipline
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze its use within educational programs
