Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As a key player, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, offering tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Assist policyholders with inquiries, claims, and policy clarifications in a professional manner.
- Policy Updates: Ensure that clients' insurance policies are up-to-date by processing their requests for amendments and adjustments.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer information in the company's database.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints efficiently and in a respectful manner, providing satisfactory solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Customer Retention: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Learning: Stay informed about changes in insurance policies and industry standards to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid insurance customer service representative (4-40) license is required.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service within the insurance industry preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Customer Focus: Must possess a friendly, customer-focused attitude and a desire to assist clients in a professional manner.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
