Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a valid insurance customer service representative (4-40) license.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles within the insurance industry is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
