Job Overview

Hines is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our spaces, while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to meet client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and develop property personnel, including training and mentoring
  • Negotiate contracts and supervise contractor services
  • Manage fiscal activities and maintain full P&L responsibility
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 10+ years of related management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
