Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and advise prospective students on our career programs, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements of each program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Admissions and Campus Director to meet new student targets and achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations, including federal and state laws, accreditation requirements, and PMI policies.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process by guiding students through admission, providing educational guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize reports and tracking tools to assess individual progress against key performance indicators, such as student contacts, interviews, and admissions application processing.
  • Input information into a database and follow up with applicants to update statuses.
  • Coordinate campus tours and other recruitment events to promote our programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our programs, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to prospective students.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in recruitment, sales, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of education sales/admissions and recruitment experience.
  • Private, proprietary school experience preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships.
