Clinical Pharmacist General Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist General Medicine to join our team at Children's Hospital Colorado. As a Clinical Pharmacist General Medicine, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical pharmacy services to support our growing medical and surgical areas.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team rounds and care to provide pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients of all age ranges.
- Develop and implement quality and safety initiatives and practices in the department and throughout the hospital.
- Report adverse drug events and medication variances using the hospital variance reporting program (QSRS).
- Provide oversight to pharmacy technicians, interns, residents, and students as needed.
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
- Completion of one year pharmacy residency.
- State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Pharmacist license.
- Previous pediatric and residency training is preferred.
