Key Responsibilities

To succeed as a Culinary Specialist at Gimme's Par & Grill, you should possess a mix of culinary skills and a strong commitment to quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Preparing a variety of menu items using established recipes.
  • • Cooking dishes using broilers, ovens, grills, and various kitchen equipment.
  • • Ensuring the quality of food served meets our standards.
  • • Consistently adhering to portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
  • • Preparing items for various cooking methods including broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing.
  • • Following proper plate presentation and garnishing standards for all dishes.
  • • Handling, storing, and rotating all products appropriately.
  • • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, including performing closing clean-up duties.
