Job Summary:
AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our team in financial planning, analysis, and operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance staff to achieve month-end close, customer reporting, and invoice processing goals.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage responses to external and internal audit requests, ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and GAAP regulations.
- Oversee and report annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and associated financial analysis.
- Maintain an efficient cost control system, monitoring and controlling contractual direct costs and associated indirect costs.
- Track capital asset financing agreements and prepare reports for management.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on business performance at multiple levels, responding to ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Proactively identify and address potential financial risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Seven years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and operations in a government contracting setting, with at least three years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience with FAR, CAS, and GAAP compliance.
