The coordinator plays a vital role in supporting university staff, fostering a dynamic student community, and improving operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of Operational Technologies: Supervise and oversee vital operational technologies within the Student Affairs and Housing sectors. Offer guidance on office technology, digital media, and web-based tools.
- Strategic Technology Implementation: Convert various technologies into actionable plans that propel the institution forward and maintain enterprise systems.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and leverage data to improve operational effectiveness and enhance the experience of student organizations.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project budgets and collaborate with IT for all project-related requests.
- Support for Student Organizations: Streamline processes for managing student clubs and organizations, assisting them with procedures and maintaining approved guest speaker lists.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two to four years of experience with higher education software platforms.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and software such as Ellucian and Blackboard.
- Exceptional office and administrative capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
