Customer Experience Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Taskrabbit. This role involves providing top-notch support to our partners, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively address and resolve partner queries via live channels (email, phone) while maintaining and exceeding KPIs.
- Build trust and connections with our users, striving for first-time resolution.
- Monitor daily deliveries, anticipate potential risks, and ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, particularly in handling complex interactions.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to navigate online tools and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a command of grammar and spelling.
