We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Wakefield, MA. This is a temporary to permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of office administration experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Job Description

This role will coordinate office operations, including managing office supplies, providing audit support, and general office duties. Key responsibilities include formatting and distributing firm documents, tracking and managing office supplies, and assisting with meal ordering during tax season.

  • Format and distribute firm documents in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Track and manage office supplies, including placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with meal ordering during tax season.
