Job Summary

At Mindlance, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing projects.

About the Role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage projects, including establishing objectives, determining priorities, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
