We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Assistant Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our residential or day habilitation programs, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and dreams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, promoting skill-building and enhancing overall quality of life.
  • Engage in activities that foster independence, dignity, and respect, empowering every individual to reach their full potential.
  • Cultivate a warm, safe space where individuals can thrive, and collaborate with a diverse team of therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and understanding of diverse needs and preferences.
