Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including phone and email management, data entry, and report generation.
  • Support field representatives with tasks such as generating product quotes, maintaining inventory, and shipping sales and marketing materials.
  • Process and manage sales orders, monitor shipping progress, and assist with rectifying shipping exceptions.
  • Manage and update client databases, identify selling opportunities, and work closely with sales representatives to increase sales.
  • Assist with the preparation of client visits, coordinate logistics, and attend sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows as directed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of office work experience, with sales experience a plus.
  • Strong comprehension and execution skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a pleasant and welcoming demeanor.
